What kind of teeth whitening strips should I use?
I have tried the Crest Whitestrips (Premium, I believe), and they worked great as far as whitening goes. I now would like to try something different, mainly because the strips would slip off my teeth very easily and left white stains on my gums. Also, they left my gums very sensitive, and every time I would brush my teeth, my gums would bleed! If there are any whitening strips on the market that whiten fast but do not leave my gums in pain, please let me know.

Whitening is tricky because you have to be so careful when you’re applying them to avoid getting it on your gums. Aquafresh white trays can also work pretty well, but again it’s a little tricky to keep the stuff off your gums. The only really good way to save them is to go to the dentist, but then you have to pay a lot more for them.
I’m including a link to this 5 minutes a day kit because I think it can be a little less painful on the gums because they aren’t exposed to the solution as long. Good luck!
Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too.
The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.
As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.
What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked really quickly. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself.

There are a lot of ways to whiten effectively without spending so much money on the strips. The strips work, but I also found that they leave my teeth very sensitive! Some other suggestions here:

(The peroxide tip on page 2 is a MIRACLE!! I love it, and it’s cheap cheap cheap!!!)
The sensitivity is caused by the ingredient used in the teeth whitening (carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide – in Crest Whitestrips case, they are using hydrogen peroxide). There are many ways to reduce this sensitivity. One way is to reduce the time that the tooth whitening product remains on your teeth (either by reduce the hours per treatment or increase the time between treatments). Another suggestion is to brush your teeth before and after treatment with a toothpaste especially designed for sensitive teeth. These toothpastes use a flouride compound to de-sensitize your teeth.
Hi I found a site that gives you a free trial on teeth whitening gel and the BEST part is the KARDASHIANS endorse it!!
