get things that say hydrogen peroxide in the ingredients and of course things labeled whitening haha.

try getting arm and hammer whitening booster gel.
it’s a gel type thing that you apply with your toothpaste(cause it doesn’t have fluoride, just mainly hydrogen peroxide) and you just brush normally for 2 minutes and you don’t even taste it. it’s just like your brushing your teeth. it’s only about 4-5 dollars and it really works. im currently using it and i get lots of compliments on how white my teeth look!

best whitening strips are of course crest.
they have different varieties and costs. but since you are on a budget i’d get the crest whitening strips Premium. They are the 2nd cheapest and they work really good also. go to crest.com and go to the whitening section and you can check out the different types and compare it with the other ones.

and wear darker colors to make your teeth look really bright and white!

I drink way too much coffee and started to get stressed out when they weren’t as white anymore. I was going to go the dentist to have him do it but it was ridiculously expensive. So I looked for forever and I finally found a kit that’s just like the one the dentist uses with the mold and injection. It works amazing and I’m glad I didn’t have the dentist do it. I got it on sale too because they were having a trial where you get to try it for the cost of shipping for like 6 bucks. Yes, I have tried these pens. The brand I tried was called Idol White and I love it! It works just as good as the Crest whitening strips but the pen is more convenient. Plus I can never go back to using Crest strips since I’ve come to realize that they, well, taste kind of like jism =X. Anyway, you should give Idol White a shot. Here’s a news article about it.

Yes. The results are well worth it… although you should know that the whiteness of your teeth is genetically predetermined, so check out your parents teeth to know if you would truly benefit from laser whitening.

it is if you can afford it. It can be a expensive procedure, but the results can be amazing.
Lazer whitening gives you results in an hour, compared to the take home kit which may take a week or two.
be aware tho that sometimes,even with lazer whitening your teeth may go 6 shades whiter or 2 shades whiter.
If you do get lazer whitening, your dentist should give you a take home pack with sensitive toothpaste.
speak to your dentist about it.
